Please read the full text below for important information regarding our upcoming shut down period.
South Coast Heart Rhythm would like to advise you that we will have a shutdown period over the holidays, from Friday the 22nd of December 2023 to Sunday the 7th of January 2024. We will be back to normal operations as of Monday the 8th of January 2024 at 9AM.
If you have an implanted cardiac device currently on our home monitoring, you will continue to be monitored during this period. However, you will only be contacted for urgent alerts. There may be delays in receiving notification of your alert unless the alert is life threatening.
Our nurse and device helplines will be closed during this period. All other practice phones and emails will not be monitored during this period. If you need any medical advice, please consult your GP or call 000 if it is an emergency.
